A) The Golden Rule……….You might have heard this phrase a thousand times, yet we would like to repeat because it is the golden rule – Jewellery is the first thing you take off and the last thing you put on. Half of your jewellery maintenance issues will be resolved after you start abiding by this golden rule.

Cleaning dress Jewellery
After you take off the jewellery, clean it with cotton before putting it back into the storage container. The residual sweat or any other product will damage the stored piece of jewellery. It is advisable to always clean the piece of jewellery with a dry cotton ball.

To maintain the lustre and longevity of your statement and dress jewellery, take care of it by storing it properly and keeping it away from water and sweat. Caring for dress jewellery isn’t a difficult task. One only needs to be a little careful when wearing it.

Keep Away from Water
Water reacts with metals causing rusting, and with jewellery, this means spoiling it. Any contact with water will take away the shine and lustre from the jewellery making it last for a short period. Avoid wearing it to pools, spas or while doing dishes or other cleaning jobs.

Q) Can you make items to fit? I would love to buy an anklet but the ones in shops are always too small.A) Yes, if you email with details of the style of anklet,bracelet or any piece, along with your measurements, we can make to size and requirements.

Q) What if my item is faulty?
A) Great time and care is taken to create your unique item of jewellery and the materials used are purchased from reputable suppliers, however, sometimes things happen and if you feel your item is not up to our high standar, a replaceme or full refund will be offered.
